ADHD Tips and Diet Suggestions

Love this and think it’s so true!

This is great advice for anyone!

My boys are smaller, so I let them eat what they want, so they will gain weight, which doesn’t make me a good example of this.

However, my older son takes IQ Mega, which is helping him in school! He’s on a lower dosage of his medication too.
