I feel like my son is like this, but he will shut down more and for a while unfortunately. Luckily, it doesn’t happen as often, and he will talk to me. It’s important to keep those lines of communication open!

Absolutely! I don’t do well with the nutrition part and not familiar with 7, but we use essential oils too!

This is so true and great advice, but we diffuse essential oils to help my little guy sleep! πŸ˜‰

Fabulous information! Here are a few additional tips…

– With the boys out of school, I have been taking them outside if the weather is good to exercise and play. If the weather isn’t good, we do a dance party or exercise inside. It has tremendously helped us!

– Check out the 10 behavior strategies available on my website https://angieheadley.com/freegift. We still use some to this day!

– We also use doTERRA essential oils daily to help bring my little guy down a couple notches! 🀣

I don’t even know what to offer this evening except to keep you in prayer! Virginia schools are closed for the rest of the school year, businesses are closing for at least 30 days, people are asked to stay home,…it’s affecting the economy and most importantly, our children! Let’s keep each other in prayer! πŸ™

Absolutely true!

So grateful for this group! www.facebook.com/groups/adhdmom

I realize that this might pertain to adults, but it definitely applies to kids! Right?

I needed something funny today! It’s the first day of 2 weeks of no school for the boys, and my younger son is bored already. Let’s pray for each other please! πŸ™

Absolutely agree with this!

Yes! If they enjoy it, they will work or play it for hours. Our psychologist told us that legos and video games were loved by ADHD kids, because it keeps their minds busy and works their motor functions at the same time!

I’m completely blown away! We added 36 new members this week! Absolutely incredible! Join us at www.facebook.com/groups/adhdmom

Definitely true! ADHD kids are sensitive and need more attention! Traditional disciplines don’t usually work either. Giving them choices and lots of praise are best!
